We are excited to announce that we have two new team members at Carmichael Homes! Chris Knipe, who will take on the role of Senior Project Manager and Michael Murray who has joined our company as Site Manager.

Having worked within the construction industry as an engineer for over ten years, Chris Knipe is a perfect addition to the Carmicheal Homes team. He has worked on hotels, student accommodation and Queen Elizabeth Custom House in Edinburgh and concluding his most recent project, the engineering works on Meadowbank Sports Centre on London road Edinburgh.
MICHAEL MURRAY
Site Manager
Michael Murray has spent the last 18yrs in the construction industry, with a background in joinery, working predominantly in the social and private housing sectors, with contractors such as Bellway, Cala, Balfour Beatty, and most recently McTaggart Construction.
Chris and Michael are both fantastic additions to our team. Their unique skills will help us continue on the path of success we've already established as one of Scotland's premier boutique property developers. We look forward to getting to know them and welcoming them both into our team.
